    <content type="text">;) No Software concept = ?  - Outlook addons, Office Addons... They need IT support as any other software that is installed to PC -  add sf.com toolbars and widgets and gadgets to this and youll have more complex software support task than what you had with one crm.exe in your desktop ;)</content>

    <content type="text">I disagree with the idea that this is in opposition to "No Software" - the toolbar could be written to automatically check for new updates and install them with a single click, so it wouldn't burden IT, and it's still part of a browser... in what way would this great idea be against the spirit, if not the letter, of the "No Software" movement?</content>
