I too would love to see a GoToWebinar and GoToAssist integration as we are users of both products. If anyone is working on something, I would love to see it or help in any way.

I've built a gotomeeting to salesforce integration used internally here. If anyone has specs on the gotowebinar integration they would like to see, let me know and I'll look into it.

GoToMeeting uses Salesforce as well. This is a huge pain point for us as we have many a customer who sign up on our website, yet do not get the GoToWebinar info sent back in a timely manner due to the inefficiency of the process.

As the previous person commented...this should be a no brainer.

Our organization has the same need to track leads and current clients attending webinars so they show up on their account page in Salesforce. I posted an idea a while ago about integrating Salesforce with GoToMeeting/GoToWebinar, but haven't seen anything about plans to do this. Salesforce uses GoToMeeting internally, so this should be a no brainer.

Salesforce partnered with Google, right? It could be a project for GoToWebinar but I think Salesforce would benefit equally from the integration. GoToWebinar has plenty of corporate clients that could be interested in Salesforce, should there be integration.

Because WebEx has integration, we went with them, so it'd be smart of their competitors to do the same thing. That said, this isn't really something that Salesforce should do, right? It's up to the GoToWebinar boys.
