This is a huge pain point for us as we have many a customer who sign up on our website, yet do not get the GoToWebinar info sent back in a timely manner due to the inefficiency of the process. I posted an idea a while ago about integrating Salesforce with GoToMeeting/GoToWebinar, but haven't seen anything about plans to do this. It could be a project for GoToWebinar but I think Salesforce would benefit equally from the integration. GoToWebinar has plenty of corporate clients that could be interested in Salesforce, should there be integration.
