Integrate Google Chart Gadgets Into Reports and Dashboards
Charts available out of the box from Salesforce today are somewhat dull. (Sorry, honest truth) I'd like to see a way to securely integrate some of the new Google Charts you find in Google Spreadsheets as options inside of Salesforce on both Reports and Dashboards.
While some AppExchange partners allow you to visualize your data through s-controls and their products, I want to see an increase in the built-in charting capabilities of Salesforce.

Signature above quoted email in cases
When you reply to a case that has been submitted via Web to Case, the auto insertion of the signature puts it at the very bottom of the email as opposed to right after the response.

Google Adwords Integration via Web Service API
Currently in order to use the Google Adwords Integration you have to use web to lead or the special javascript that basically hijacks an existing form and causes it to post to salesforce.com just like web to lead. This does not work with Ajax based websites. However adding leads via the Web Service API works great with ajax based sites but it doesn't handle passing of the Google Adwords data.
Would love to be able to add leads via the Web Service API and still have my Adwords integration working.

Make Public Knowledge Base customer friendly: available for external search, tracking, and linking
The Public Knowledge Base feature desperately needs updating to make it truly usable and customer friendly. It needs to be externally searchable, so it can be integrated into the entire web site search (i.e. Google Site Search). Specific solutions need to be linkable, so we can cite specific knowledge base articles in other pages, and pass specific solution links in emails to customers as part of the support process. It should be visible in the web site statistics (i.e. Google Analytics), so we can track what's being viewed, focus on generating important content, and improve our products based on specific customer pain points.
Email to Case Agent Built in Salesforce
Currently we are using Google Apps for our email. Previously we were on a hosted IMAP server. Most small businesses are on systems like this. Currently the Email to Case Agent only works on email servers that are hosted internally.
I would like to suggest something simple. Please allow for the email to case agent to reside within salesforce.com. Something so simple, like setting up an IMAP client in your interface.
We have setup an APEX Class, as well as a email to service that creates cases, however this does not include threads, which is hurting our support team. In addition to that there is not a merge function yet so we are spinning our wheels.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Integrate Google Analytics with Salesforce
It would be great if Google Analytics is integrated with salesforce.com. Together it would be a powerful combination.

Gmail to Salesforce - TRUE Integration
To integrate with Gmail and Google Apps, the proposed solution is to add the unique Email-To-Salesforce email address to be blind-copied on every email sent.
Currently, emails BCC'd to one's personal add-to-Salesforce email address can be associated only with Contacts, not Contacts AND/OR opportunities as with the Outlook integration tool. This means that one must go to every individual Contact to view the overall Account or Opportunity activities. There is no master Opportunity or Account activity list.
Additionally, adding emails received in Gmail is not possible. Only emails that Salesforce users send can be associated with Salesforce -- that is, only HALF of all correspondance is tracked.
How is one supposed to manage Opportunities if is not possible to see all correspondance/activities in one place?
Can the "Add to Salesforce" and "Sync" functionality available for Outlook not simply be added to Gmail?

Salesforce for Google AdWords - Add support for multiple AdWords accounts
As a user of both Salesforce Marketing and Google Adwords, I'd really like to see Salesforce for Google AdWords supporting multiple AdWords accounts per salesforce org. Our company uses several discreet AdWords accounts globally, but only one Salesforce org and we're therefore only able to use SFGA on one AdWords account. The benefits of this product are amazing, so I'd really welcome the support of multiple AdWords accounts so that all our regions can use the product to increase our ROI from paid search.

High quality Google Search functionality in Salesforce
Lot of ideas concerning improvements of the search functionality have been submitted. Seems like a good improvement action in which Google could help

Group/Individual Chat
I think SFDC needs to look at a way to integrate a product similar to www.campfirenow.com. You have everything you need but to link SFDC to IM and to your website chat, it's the next best way to take Web 2.0/Telco 2.0 to the next level.
check out the site and see if there is a way to add this to the AppExchange.

Mail Merge with Google Doc
It would be great if salesforce.com could be integrated to Google docs just like it is with Ms Word to mail merge option.
Embed Google Maps into Salesforce Reports
Salesforce should add a reporting option that allows Accounts, Contacts or Leads to be displayed over a Google Map. It should also be easy to work with these results, such as by creating multi-destination driving directions and using Conditional Highlighting.
