Enhanced Views that pull Multiple Pages
As of now, every time I click "Back to list" it will pull up the first page of the list as opposed to whatever page I was working on previously. This creates a problem when I want to work down a list that has multiple pages because I will lose my spot every time. This was not the case prior to the "Enhanced View" feature. Please make it so that when I return to the list view, I return to the page i had viewed prior to going into a record.
Better access to all tags in content
While I know the tag cloud is limited to the 29 most relevant tags to keep the cloud from getting too busy, it would be great to have a way to quickly navigate to a specific area of the tag cloud. I think this could be accomplished using letter-links to a tag cloud for each specific letter. The secondary tag cloud could show all tags for that start with that specific letter, to ensure you could find the tag you were looking for, and because it is a drill down tag cloud, I think showing a large volume of tags would be appropriate.

Allow Field Updates with Assignment Rules
Our Lead Assignment is determined by both Territory and Lead owner. Currently we have to maintain two sets of rules to assign leads properly. We maintain the territory assignment rules using workflow and the lead owner using lead assignment.
If the lead assignment rules allowed the ability to update the territory field (custom field), we would only have to maintain one set of rules.
Expanded Graphing and Charting Capabilities in Dashboards
Adding More graph functions to Reporting and Dashboarding Objects - One in particular would be the ability to graph data on a double y-axis chart
Customizing Title Bar for Opportunities
When working with different opportunities, links can be created by alternating between the insert Hyperlink windows of a Microsoft Office application and INternet Explorer. The Title Bar description is caught and also the link to the opportunity. It would be very helpful if the title bar could be defined as a custom formular of certain fields from an opportunity.
Merge Accounts Search Functionality Enhancement
Why is it that currently we are only able to search for accounts via the merge function by searching for the customer name? Would it not make sense to be able to search by postcode? In our business we have a number of duplicate accounts where those offending hold the same postcode. If you could search for this alone then irrelevant records would not be highlighted in the search and reduce the risk of merging the wrong accounts.
The merging account system is rather basic as it is and could require providing more information on the search results page as you would expect to see within cases or accounts etc so where there are a number of accounts with the same name, you can determine those required to be merged by other information i.e. postcode, categorisation etc.
This would save so much time!
Account Breakup
It would be helpful to have the functionality that would allow the breakup of an account. It would allow a company who spins off a subsidiary to have its own account free of the parent company.
Maybe have a check box next to every contact, opportunity, activities, etc. that needs to be transferred to new account that is being broken out.
A good example of this is when Phillip Morris spun-off Kraft. I would like the ability to make two separate accounts out of the one combined account.
Use SalesForce Content for managing Apex code
Make it so that Apex code libraries are stored in Content Management by default to enable change tracking and some level of sharing and version control.

Last Activity available in case view
According to the SF support page located here -- http://tinyurl.com/64veby -- the "Last Activity" field is available in list views. However it is not a listed option when I go to edit a view. I tried using Last Modified by but as this only checks the last time the integral part of the case was edited, and not comments or tasks, this isn't what we're looking for. Last Activity needs to be an accessible metric, and I am amazed it is not. SF support staff confirms that Last Activity is only available under contacts, but it is much more needed under cases.
Account, Contact, Leads Merge
I would like to see a separate area in the program added for merging accounts. I find it a real pain to have to continuously go back to the account main page, scroll to the bottom and click merge accounts. It would be really nice to have a separate area in the program for merging so that when you are done with one record you can just be sent back to the page to enter another account, contact, lead name and keep going.

Filter by Content Type in Salesforce Content
The User guide for Salesforce content indicates that Salesforce Content is filterable by Content Type. However, it doesn't seem to be possible. Surely this is a major drawback, as there ends up being no real use for Content Types as they're not easily filterable or searchable (or available in the Display options on the Content tab!)
Can this feature not be added as standard?

Dashboard Summaries Using the UOM 'K'
On leaderboards and other reports where revenue is summarized, the unit 'K' is used. For example, if a total dollar amount listed is $1,000,000, it is summarized in the dashboard as $1,000K which is not very intuitive. Is there another way large numbers can be summarized? Perhaps by using the 'M' when number reach $1 million and beyond?
