Add Content Permission to User Reports
Right now you can not report on which users have access to Content. This should be an easy fix since it is just a field on the User table that needs to be exposed in reports. Can we please make this available? Thanks!

Mass Email Bounce Info
We use Exact Target to send out our Mass emails through Salesforce. Unfortunately, when an email address is invalid or an email bounces, Salesforce will tell you how many times this happened BUT it doesnt tell you any specifics (which email addresses), so that you can fix it!!!
Please add more functionality to this email tracking feature.

Dashboards and Reports for Salesforce Content
Salesforce Content captures really useful information on documents, like number of downloads, subscriptions, ratings, and versions. It would be great to expose this through the Salesforce analytics engine, so you could have reports and dashboards based on content consumption and get better visibility into what materials are used, and which aren't.

Expose Salesforce Content to Customer Portal users
Salesforce Content is really useful for sharing materials with internal users - but it would be great to extend this capability to customers as well. Customers would be able to benefit from full-text document search, subscription updates, and easy access to product documentation, software patches, and other relevant materials.

Expose Salesforce Content in the partner portal
You should be able to expose Salesforce Content in the partner portal so that partners can have a rich document management experience.
You'll get partner community feedback on your documents through voting and commenting. Also, you can track which documents are downloaded by partners.

The ability to view reports directly from the Customer Portal. This allows our customers to access to the information that is critical to their operations. Access to reporting also provides an additional method of broadcasting our success in delivering on customer expectations.
