After attending two DreamForce events in San Francisco I am still struggling to find a defined direction into the Federal Market place. Force.gov is a concept that I would like to explore. It could be as simple as a repository focused on information sharing, events, and contact information for those in the Federal Government work space. I think it's time to break away for the Non-Profit sector category that we currently live in. Exploring the challenges ahead means harvesting information pertaining to FIPS and NIST standards. This is a grey area for most IT shops under the Federal umbrella. Once we understand the accreditation process CRM will find the next frontier. Force.gov, it has a nice ring, it might be a great success story in next years keynote.
Be able to set the record type in a workflow task action (when tasks have record types). This would be great if this was also available in field updates (field = record type).
This alludes to record types being determined by business rules rather than chosen by users.
Without this, tasks get created using the default record type for the given profile.

Currently, a web2lead form allows for a new inbound web lead to
be published to only one active SF campaign, in a one-to-one relationship. However, a web2lead form should allow for a new inbound lead to be simultaneously published to multiple campaigns, in a one-to-many relationship.
