Report on Scheduled Dashboard Refreshes
I would like to be able to report on all of the current dashboards that are scheduled for a refresh. This would help me to evaluate which dashboards are most critical to have scheduled and which dashboards can be removed from the refresh schedule.
(This would be especially helpful with the current limitation on total number of scheduled dashboard refreshes per day.)
List Buttons in Full Related List View - Please Close the Gap
The custom List Buttons with the Action Checkbox for multi-record actions are currently available on the related list of an object detail page. This very useful functionality and it is great to have it. However, when you navigate to the full list of the related records by clicking "Go to list (N+) »" the List Buttons are not displayed. This greatly diminishes the benefit of having these buttons as the detail page related list does not allow to either sort or filter records, and you need to click show more many times to expand the list.
Please add the buttons to the "Go to list (N+) »" view.
MULTIPLE DELETE AGAINST INDIVIDUAL DELETE
Mass delete is not possible in the objects home tab, one can delete records individually, there should be option to enable user to delete records enmass, for this checkboxes has to be provided against each record and "Delete" button has to be provided for that purpose.
Add the Text Area (long) option to Activity Custom Fields
255 characters is not enough room for many people to capture all the details of a customer facing event - add the capability to add Text Area (long) fields to the Activity object (similar to Account and Opportunity).

Fields added to Objects in SFDC
It would be nice to get notifications via email to let us know when fields are being added to Objects in SFDC. This will allows us to add these fields in our back end processes to avoid Sync failures when the new fields are used.
“Find Duplicates” button for users without merge privileges
It would be nice to allow users without merge capabilities to use the “Find Duplicates” button (access to this button currently requires merge privileges). We currently do not allow our reps to merge leads. Because of this they are forced to search for duplicate leads using the search function. Although this works it only allows a user to search based on a single criteria each time and requires them to manually enter it. This process can turn into a time consuming event and I’m sure searches for duplication are taking place far less than they should.
Opening up the “Find Duplicates” button to all users would encourage them to do a detailed search with a single click and still adhere to our ‘no merging’ policy. This saves our reps time and also keeps our prospects from getting touched my multiple reps.
Danish language
Release the Danish language to the languages supported by SFDC.
Opportunities Displayed in Date Order (most recent to oldest)
We offer multiple services to customers that we track separately as unique opportunities. It would be very helpful if we had the ability to have them displayed in date order whenever we bring up an account. I know that you can Go to the List and then reorder by date but isn't the idea here to minimize the extra steps allowing our sales team to be more efficient?
Field Label and Field Name Aliases
It would be really cool if we could create "aliases" to fields when we change the label or the name of the field. That way, we could make changes in the user interface without breaking any merge templates or integrations. If you wanted to create another field with the same name as one of the aliases, you would then have to remove the alias.
Sync: Reminder Time and Show Time As (Out of Office)
When I create an event in Salesforce, neither the Show Time As feature nor the Reminder Time display in Outlook. This causes confusion when I mark an activity as out of office in Salesforce but comes up as busy in Outlook. Similarly, if I give an item a 2 day reminder time in Salesforce, when I sync with outlook, it will always display as a standard 15 minute reminder time.
Salesforce should sync such standard fields when they are identical features in both softwares.
Workflow alert not triggered by approval process
Currently, workflow field updates that run based on an approval process or time-dependent action do not trigger any rules. This is frustrating because you can not add criteria to actions, only the approval steps. I thought a workaround would be to create a workflow rule outside of the approval process, but this does not work either. It would be nice to have criteria for the approval/rejection actions as well as have rule trigger when a field is updated, regardless of whether or not it is from an approval process are time-dependent action.
Automatic County information with zip code or city and state available
Could you please allow automate populate county information for (leads, contacts, accounts etc) with zip code present or city and state information available? I have the County as a required picklist, but users often does not know which county it is, and it is really time consuming for them to look up.
If the enable to following features, it will be really helpful:
If zip code available, then city, state and county will be populated automatically;
If city and state available, county information will be populated automatically;
If address, city and state are available, then zip code and county information will be populated automatically.
