Salesforce IdeaExchange
Admin privilage to uninstall packages
We once installed a package from the AppExchange. Now, after 2 years, we decide we want to remove it, and delete all of the data it has.
This seems impossible now. It's been referenced in 100's of dashboards, folders, components and more.
As the administrator, I need super power on this, and if I want to delete that, I should be able to.
It's impossible (well, it will only take couple of days) to delete all the references from all the places.
I need the ability to just remove the package

Secure Coding Guidlelines
Would be great, as a buyer of plug-ins to salesforce.com, for the developers to have guidelines and baseline training on writing secure code.

Provide standard sample data for Test Drive
We are going to launch a new app, and would like to provide a Test Drive. However, a few of the key features of our app are historical analysis and audit reporting. Therefore, we need a few years of data, complete with change records. Furthermore, the data should be realistic (i.e. Opportunities progressing through Sales Stages periodically) and complete (Leads, Opps, Cases, etc.).
We tried doing this ourselves in a Test Edition org, but apparently there is no way to fake old records by updating their creation date, and no way to upload history/audit data.
There is significant effort in producing data that fits these requirements, but it would be useful to many.

Custom URLs for AppExchange listings
It would be a great addition to AppExchange if you allowed public applications the ability to choose a URL for the listing. The end result would be a redirect to the current URL.
For example, I might choose "maps" for my Arrowpointe Maps listing. Then I could publish a URL like www.appexchange.com/apps/maps which is memorable. This URL would simply redirect to the current URL of the listing.
The current workaround (which I do) is to create a redirect on my own domain that bounces a user to my AppExchange listing, but it'd be nice if that URL could be within the appexchange.com or salesforce.com domain.
Mozilla Firefox to be included in AppExchange
This browser is faster and sales people like this browser a lot. Including this can be helpful, particularly mailmerging is not supported the opportunities page.

Track Custom Report Type edits/deletion under Setup Audit Trail
Please let the setup audit trail track changes made to custom report types!
I recently had an instance where almost every single one our dashboards and reports were broken and had to be remade! When I looked into the setup audit trail, there was NO HISTORY whatsoever regarding who made/edited/deleted the custom report types!
SFDC, please introduce this as soon as possible.
State / Province outside of USA
Whenever you sign up for content on any salesforce.com website, you need to fill in your details.
There are never any options for putting in states outside of the US. I always have to end up choosing Alabama (I'm in Sydney Australia).
It's a bit frustrating and it would be great if State had all global states, or alternatively the field was not mandatory if you choose "Outside US" for country...

Provide option for "clean" Developer Edition" accounts - no customizations included
Its really annoying to have to go through and delete all of the undesired customizations that come with a standard Developer Edition account. When you're using a DE account to build AppExchange packages, its a tremendous waste of time to search out all of the little customizations that you don't want and eliminate them from your org so that they don't get mixed up in your AppExchange package. Please offer an option on the Developer Edition signup page to get a DE account with a completely basic org template (not customizations). (Similar to the Non-Profit account sign-up page where you can select the "Generic Template" and the "Non-Profit Template")

Idea Promotion
I feel that when I post an idea to this IdeaExchange site, it is not being promoted because when other people visit the site they are not "accidentally" finding it. Instead, most people logon to IdeaExchange and post their own idea, then logoff again !
I therefore feel that if there was a way for anybody to promote their idea, more peolle would see it and read, and then promote or add comments. For example, if it was possible to email all people who have subscribed to idea exchange email notification (a new feature which would need to be added) they would be able to get on with their normal daily tasks, and when they receive an email from IdeaExchange telling them about the recent ideas just posted, they would be able to read in their email, and login to comment/promote, or delete the email and continue with what they were doing.
I am sure there would be other ways for ideas to be promoted, but the above mention email notification idea would be a good start.
Also, this feature would be useful in the Ideas functionality included in SFDC so that we can take advantage of it ourselves to announce ideas to our customers, when one customer posts an idea.

Need Ability to Package Reports Referencing Custom Record Types
In deploying a custom application with record types and custom reports, it is crucial to be able to package these reports. Other code (APEX and s-controls) is able to be packaged with references to record types (on both standard and custom objects)- why not reports?

Under My Filters/ Additional Filters adding:
1) Free for Nonprofits
2) Discounted for Nonprofits
