Admin privilage to uninstall packages
We once installed a package from the AppExchange. Now, after 2 years, we decide we want to remove it, and delete all of the data it has.
This seems impossible now. It's been referenced in 100's of dashboards, folders, components and more.
As the administrator, I need super power on this, and if I want to delete that, I should be able to.
It's impossible (well, it will only take couple of days) to delete all the references from all the places.
I need the ability to just remove the package

Customize Views in Items to Approve Page
Upon clicking the Manage All button, I was redirected to the Items to approve page. I then created a view that will fit for my object which I created. Unfortunately, The available fields that were displayed does not contain the custom fields that I created. Of course I want more details on my Items to Approve page other than those standards fields set. It would be better to include the custom fields that I made. It would be more useful also if you will allow it in some other features not just in the Items to Approve Page

App for query of microsoft access databases
I need an app that would allow me to query and access database. I have multiple databases set up which allow me to track serial numbers of products to certain customers with multiple locations. I need something that will allow me to see customer account info as well as house important changing id numbers.
any ideas
This product would be great if it had microsoft intergration

Address Validation
This idea involves the validation of either an individual address or lists of addresses against the databases of valid addresses provided by national postal services e.g. Australia Post & New Zealand Post.
By offering this functionality both at address entry points and as a batch validation, would ensure SFDC users to accurately enter valid addresses and to validate existing address data.
Seperate online services exist already e.g. http://www.rightaddress.co.nz
Either build this into SFDC, integrate with an external service or create an AppExchange offering.
Separating “Due Date” and “Completed date:”
Our company has been using Salesforce for quiet sometime, and we’ve discovered some quirks that don’t follow common sense, when dealing with a task (Call/Email/Meeting.)
The “Due Date” is an objective of completion per definition.
It would make sense that Salesforce would allow to record “completed date” as the date the actual task was completed independently from the due date, which was the objective, right?
Today: Salesforce uses for the “Due Date” as the “Completed Date” even if a task is late.
Request: We propose Salesforce records the actual completed date as the date and time the task is actually completed in, and keeps the “Due Date” as just an objective of completion date. This way we keep track of both the objective “Due Date” and the accomplished “Completed date” separately.

"Mass Update Address Change" feature enhancement request
I implemented the "Mass Update Address Change" feature on the Accounts page layouts. When I tested it, I discovered a shortcoming I would really like corrected with a feature enhancement. This shortcoming makes the feature somewhat useless at this time.
My test and results follow:
1) I changed the Billing Address field on the left side of the Account page and the Shipping Address on the right side of the Account page because they are different and each had changed.
2) I selected the "Mass Update Address Change" link, chose the Contacts for whom I wanted these changed addresses to replicate and selected the "Update" button.
3) Only the Billing Address on the left side of the Accounts page updated/changed. The Shipping Address on the right side of the Accounts page did not update/change. To update/change the Other Address on each contact, I have to open each Contact and manually edit the Other Address field.
4) In the case when these 2 addresses (Billing and Shipping) are the same for an Account, I have to open each Contact and manually select the "Copy Mailing Address to Other Address" link in order for the new Shipping/Other Address to update/change.
Both of these issues compromise the effectiveness of the "Mass Update Address Change" feature. The feature seems to be incomplete.
Please enhance this feature as soon as possible so both address fields update (instead of just the address on the left side). This feature will have greater benefit if it works for both address fields.

Dependant Fields for fields other than picklist
Computing and customer requirments necessiate that some fields or section are shown selectively or populated selectively. Hence addition of this feature or facility in Standard objects will enable to make more robust applications.

Intellectual Property Rights- Code Protection
One of the major drawbacks of Salesforce is that the s-controls which we code are exposed to the clients, who if are resellers they tend to be at an disadvantage.
A partial solution that we can have by "Manage Packaging" our code in which we mode as much as we can on to Apex as then it is hidden from users.
With Visual force around , will it help us in sheilding our code from the users?
We have tried "Obfuscation" but it at times causes some issues. We would suggest Salesforce comes up with some in built API for hashing code.

Chat facility in SFDC AMONG LOGGED IN USERS OF AN ORG
Is there any way of showing the no. of users which are online in a particular org and instant messaging among them? It would be great to introduce this feature as many clients demand such a solution. Please note here, I am not talking about Google APIs.

Can I use Lead Auto-response to send an email 3 days later?
We want to use our web2Lead to log new leads and then send them a followup email 3 days later.
Can the auto-response do this by itself?
Can I do it with auto-response if I add a trigger?
When I try to add a trigger, there is no NEW button under Leads:Triggers, why?
I have made an attempt to set up an auto-response rule that seems to work under reports, but is never triggered and never sends out email:
Created Date LESS THAN LAST 3 DAYS AND
Created Date equals LAST 4 DAYS
The rule above should select one day of my leads and send out an email defined by the template assigned to this rule.
However, the auto-response is never triggered. Does auto-response only work for rows as they are entered into the Leads table?
The documentation mentions nothing about when/how/if the auto-responses are triggered; can I modify this for a delay?
Or, do I need a separate service / product to extend SF functionality to do this?
My guess, I need the latter, because I need something that can automate the creation of a mass email list from my Lead data, and then send it out. I'm guessing that is strictly a manual process with SalesForce at this time?

Save / Autosave Feature in HTML Email
I'm so scared of loosing a long drafted e-mail when using Salesforce's email screen which is why I prefer Outlook.
I'd like to use Salesforce's Emailer more than Outlook when writing to Contacts or Leads, but on more than one occasion, I've accidentally hit a key causing my browser to go Back or somewhere else, ultimately loosing the email.
I propose to create a Save button and/or Autosave feature that can save an email draft to an individual contact; even so users can start writing an email, save it & finish it later from a different location.
In conjunction with this, there should be a place to go to where you can see all pending drafts & complete them, delete them or send them.
I'd like to see this in the native Salesforce, but if a third party thinks they can do it better or faster, I'd like to see someone give it a shot. I wouldn't PAY much for an App like this, but would use Email in Salesforce a lot more.

Custom Field Labels Translation
When in a managed package it's necessary some translation update for custom fields labels this is not possible.
