Custom Report Types
Can we create/manage custom report types that mix and match data from a variety of fields and objects? For example, an Account report that auto adds all opportunity amounts, or a report on Campaign Source field within Opportunities.

There is a large market in Russia that will not be accessible to Salesforce.com unless salesforce.com supports Russian language
Show content of a sent mass e-mail
When you use the poor mass e-mail feature in Salesforce the actual content of the email isn't shown making it kinda hard to know the content of an sent mass e-mail shot a couple of months back.

We'd like to be able to create separate self-service portals.
This helps when a company offers multiple distinct product lines, or types of service. It also allows the portal to be used for internal employee helpdesk and also external customer support.

Make all mail merge functionality and other applications that appear to be specifically designed to only work with Microsoft IE 6.0 and higher, fully compatible and compliant with Firefox 2.0 browers
Schedule Emails to be sent on certain dates
It would be nice to be able to schedule emails to be sent to a client on certain days. We send out a series of four emails. 1) When a client subscribes 2) after one week 3) after two weeks 4) after three weeks. At this time we have to schedule a task so we know which day to send each one.
It would be helpful if SalesForce allowed users to set dates all at one time to distribute those emails, so the user doesnt have to create 60 tasks for 20 customers just to send a series of email.
Example: Send 2nd Email scheduled 1/8/2007, Send 3rd Email scheduled 1/15/2007, Send 4th email scheduled 1/22/07
The user would specify which email needs to be sent on each date with any attachments, but doesnt have to think about it after entering all the dates the first time. SalesForce would automatically send on the days specified.
Automated Workflows to Send Alerts to Contacts
Just as automated workflows can be used to send alerts to Users, I would like to automate alerts (email templates) to Contacts.
Mailmerge components for apple mac word
It is not possible to use the mailmerge functions with MS Word on mac systems at the moment. Please bring this in! There are more and more people on mac and in some industries it is the dominant os. I believe that the lack of attention given to mac owners will hurt you in the long run!
Add / Attach multiple emails from outlook
Upgrade Salesforce for Outlook so that it's possible to add multiple emails from a single contact to their salesforce record.
Granting Login Access to delegated admins ( Summer '07)
It would be very helpful if Delegated Admins could login as any user having a role specified in their "User Administration" section. This functionality is currently limited to System Admininstrators.
TOP 5 / TOP 10 criteria on reports
Wouldn't it be cool if we could specify criteria like "give me the 10 biggest opportunities closing this month" or "show me the 5 most recent events this week"? Since the dashboard components seem to have this capability, I don't see why reports and list views should not.
Customizable field level help (was: Field setup Description on user screens)
It would be very nice to have the field descriptions from the field setup to be visible on the user input screens. The benefits are obvious; field descriptions, process instructions, help content etc....It seems such a waste to have all this information not be available to end users. Adding a tick box that allows the description to be displayed on the users screens would also be beneficial.
