Show list button when user clicks on "Go to list..."
When you create list buttons, you can choose for them to appear when an object is in a related list. However, when you click on the "Go to list (n+) >>" link in the related list, those buttons are not available in the resulting list view.
It would be great if the list buttons carried over to the full list of related objects. It would make things a lot easier for my users since they use the list buttons to change the status of multiple records at once, and sometimes the related list contains upwards of 100 records.

Dupe Alerts
Automatically give warning message when you are entering a duplicate account or contact.
Add the "Find Duplicates" function currently available on Leads to the Account and Contact pages

Cross Object Workflow
Do not hard code the Object (see above image) when creating Workflow Field Updates. Allow administrators to choose a field to pass based on a relationship (lookup or master detail). For example, a Workflow Rule based on Case would be allowed to have a Workflow Field Update change a Contact field for the Contact record associated with the Case.

Report on multiple related lists at the same time
Users need to be able to report on multiple related lists at the same time, for instance Contacts and their cases and their opportunities.
Cases and Opportunities aren't linked, so the only link is through the contact.

Filter on Lookup
I would like to filter lookup view to restrict records return based on some condition.
Example: On opportunity screen, we have Accounts as lookup. When you click on lookup it displays all the types of accounts (Like OEM / Parent / Customer / Partner etc ...) I would like to filter this result set to show only "Parent" type. Condition may change based on the screen where lookup is implemented
