Task Hovers on the Home Page
Currently Salesforce.com offers the ability to hover over events on the home page to see event details (this can be turned on in Setup | Customize | User Interface). This capability should be extended to allow users to get hover details for tasks as well.

Improve Horizontal Scrolling in Multi-user Calendar
Currently, if an organization enables “show details” on events in the multi-user calendar (Setup | Customize | Activities | Activities Settings), the width of each day is increased so that event details can be displayed. This requires the user to scroll horizontally to the right to look at days later in the week. When scrolling to the right the navigation and the list of users are no longer available. The user should have the ability to scroll horizontally in this view while leaving the navigation and user list on the left in context.

Model a Business Process using Task Templates (Action Plans)
Businesses often have repeatable processes that could be modeled with a series of tasks in Salesforce.com. An example of this might be a process for a new client where the same five tasks need to be executed each time a new client is brought on-board. Users should be able to create templates for this task series. Once the template is created, they should then be able to easily apply the template each time the same process is required in the future. This would eliminate duplicate effort involved with creating the tasks.

Click and Create Events
Click on a calendar view and create an event in-line without having to go to a full edit page for an event. This feature will allow end-users to be much more productive in the scheduling process by reducing the number of clicks and screens necessary to schedule an event.

Relationship Groups
A feature called "Relationship Groups" is being considered for a future release of Wealth Management.
Relationship Group allows Financial Advisor's to create groups of client/prospect records. The Relationship Group provides the Financial Advisor with an aggregated view of related Salesforce.com records, like activities, members and action plans, across the members of the group. The Relationship Group will enable complex relationship management activities with retail consumer households and other groups.
Comments and related ideas on this feature are welcome!
