Customizing Console for Customer Support
The console is intended to combine related records onto one screen with different frames. This is a great idea but unfortunately I was advised that it would not work the way that I would need it to.
The list of cases is displayed in the list view (Top Frame), the case is displayed in the Detail View (Bottom Left frame), and I would like to view a Task (eg, send an email) related to the case in the Mini View (Bottom Right Frame). When replying to the cases (Task) I have to keep referring to the case itself.
Any suggestions??

I'd like to be able to create and auto populate a CC field with the email templates. Unfortunately I was that this is not available. Any suggestions?
