The "Campaign History" related list isn't really a history at all; it shows the contact's _current_ status in a particular campaign.
It would be useful to be able to drill into a contact's history within a particular campaign. This would tell us whether they are very interested--for example, if they contacted us right after they received a mailing--or if their interest is more casual.
At the end of ever application install in AppExchange, the user is presented with a page of "Final Steps". This page is all text, provides little help, and can be daunting for users who are not yet be familiar with Salesforce terminology.
A simple improvement would be the addition of links on each of the steps which take the user to the appropriate configuration or help pages.

When there are a large number of dashboards and categories in the single listbox of the Dashboards tab, it can be hard to find the one you're looking for.
I would like to suggest a pair of hierarchical listboxes, with the categories in the top and the associated dashboards in the bottom.
