Plug-in for Outlook Web Access
Salesforce.com really needs to develop a plugin for Outlook Web Access (OWA) that behaves like the Outlook Edition plugin. This would allow people who access their email using OWA to synchronize items to Salesforce.com even if they don't have access to their PC. Eventually, MS Outlook could be entirely replaced by OWA as it provides more and more of the functionality of the desktop software.
Considering how accessible the Salesforce.com API is, and the fact that OWA is just a collection of web pages served up through IIS, it shouldn't be too hard to develop a mashup/plugin for OWA that could be installed on the OWA web server.
See All Records in a View or At Least the Amount
Selecting a view, whether it be leads, accounts, projects, cases, activities, etc., we constantly click "more records per list page."
It would be helpful to have two things:
1. A total of how many records appear in a view.
2. The ability to select how many records you would like to appear on one page in the view.
