Cross-Object Formula Fields: Be able to insert related Object data into a formula field
Like: Get the Account name in a contact formula field.

Cross Object Workflow
Do not hard code the Object (see above image) when creating Workflow Field Updates. Allow administrators to choose a field to pass based on a relationship (lookup or master detail). For example, a Workflow Rule based on Case would be allowed to have a Workflow Field Update change a Contact field for the Contact record associated with the Case.

Filter by Custom Lookup Fields in Mobile Configuration
There should be the ability to filter by custom lookup fields in the data sets for Salesforce Mobile configurations.
Example: We have a user lookup field on the Account. For our BlackBerry users, we need to pull data where they are listed in the custom lookup field. In the current setup, that is not possible.

Local search in Apex Mobile WM5
Some simple local search should be available in Apex Mobile (WM5). I believe something exists under other OSs. E.g. on the Account tab, sorted by name, it should be possible to select e.g. 's' to get only accounts starting with 's'.

Apex Mobile support of Person Account functionality
I am implementing at a large B2C customer that has implemented person accounts. Although we are a UE customer, we are not able to leverage salesforce.com on our mobile devices b/c person accounts are not supported. When will Apex Mobile support person accounts????
Ability to add labels to picklists
It would be nice to be able to add labels to picklists that have sub-values as in the attached image. You could argue that creating a dependent picklist would do nearly the same thing. This is true but we are trying to make SF as easy and as user friendly as possible and there are few things sales people like less than filling in data. They want to sell, not be bogged down with data entry. If we can reduce the clicks required from a user we can gather more accurate and consistent data. This type of picklist would also be useful when there are more than one dependency. Currently you can't do muliti-dependent picklists. (At least I don't think you can) Ex) Two picklists: Vehicle Brand and Vehicle Type, Toyota and SUV. The third picklist would then display all Toyota SUVs. Even if this were possible it would require 3 data inputs. Or you could just select Vehicle Type (Car) and be presented with a picklist like the image attached showing only cars.

Lookup Dialog Search - need to search on more fields
Need the ability to search on more fields in lookup dialog searches. For example, we have several customers with more than 50 locations. With only being able to search by 'Account Name', the first 50 results are displayed with a message asking to narrow the search, which is not possible since they all have the same account name.
Why not search the same as using the sidebar?

More than 2 Display Columns in ApexMobile List Views
We would like to see more than 2 columns in custom list views on Apex Mobile, in order to effectively see our pipeline data on the go.
I.E.
Opportunity Name
Probability %
Stage
Amount

Columns in list view in Apex Mobile
Adding a custom object to Apex Mobile does not enable you (on WM5) to customize the standard list view. Only the standard field Name is dispalyed.
I suggest you should be able to customize the standard list view for custom objects added

Set Custom View as Default View in ApexMobile
When creating custom views in the Mobile Console, there is no way to set that view as the default view for a particular object in ApexMobile.
Case in point: if a Custom Object is included in the ApexMobile dataset, the object data is displayed on the user's device with the All Records. Typically this view is less than optimal. Once an Administrator creates a custom view to display this custom object, there is no efficient way to set this as the default view for the user community. Each user must set the view individually.
How about adding a checkbox to the Custom View creation screen in the Mobile Console that allows the Admin to set the new view as the default for that object?

Service & Support on Windows Mobile devices.
Currently "Service & Support" is not included on Windows Mobile devices, although it is present on Black Berry. It would be great to see Service & Support on Windows since a big majority of the corporate world is using them.
