It would be great if Google Analytics is integrated with salesforce.com. Together it would be a powerful combination.
Reclassify ideas that didn't make it in Summer07
I'd like to see ideas that were mentioned as coming in Summer 07 and didn't make it in the release be re-categorized as a "regular" idea.
I was really looking forward to this idea being implemented, and I don't want to see it fall off the radar from those who vote here just because it is tagged as already released.
Embed Google Maps into Salesforce Reports
Salesforce should add a reporting option that allows Accounts, Contacts or Leads to be displayed over a Google Map. It should also be easy to work with these results, such as by creating multi-destination driving directions and using Conditional Highlighting.
Designate "Send From" email for Work Flow alerts
I would like to be able to designate a sender for a workflow email alert.
Some uses for this would be to trigger an email to a user from a manager for a lapse in SFDC usage, or to send an email out from a manager to a sales team to promote a sales reps effort's on a large opportunity that they've won.
Identify Which Dashboards a Report is Used in, if Any
Next to each report, one should be able to see which Dashboards it is used in, if any. This would be a big benefit for report cleanup.
Scheduled emailing of reports
I'd like SFDC to be able to email Printable View reports on a scheduled basis. For example, instead of our CEO needing to log into SFDC (and needing to pay for a license), I could simply have the system send him daily or weekly reports via email. The reports would be in the existing Printable View format. Otherwise, we have people who spend an inordinate amount of time simply running and sending reports to various managers and executives each week.
Adding multiple e-mails to Salesforce simultaneously
Even with less sophisticated CRM tools, I've seen where you can, with one click, record multiple e-mails at the same time. Has anyone given any thought to doing this with the "Add E-mail" feature in the Outlook toolbar? If you've sent out a mail merge to your leads, you know what a time-sink it is to have to manually add each e-mail to Salesforce -- it practically defeats the purpose of a mail merge.
Task list in partner portal
Provide a list view on the portal home page or as a separate Tasks tab that would show a list of tasks for that partner user. Currently, the partner user has to look through each lead and opportunity to find open tasks.
Login As....any role, any profile
It would be excellent if administrators could login as any user role and profile combination to test out settings directly in the production environment.
This is similar to the functionality currently available where one can login as a user however
1. You wouldn't need to get the user to grant you access
2. You could test out role and profile combinations not yet assigned to a user
This would be extremely useful for verifying that users have visibility and functionality that they require BEFORE they complain that they don't have it.
Schedule Emails to be sent on certain dates
It would be nice to be able to schedule emails to be sent to a client on certain days. We send out a series of four emails. 1) When a client subscribes 2) after one week 3) after two weeks 4) after three weeks. At this time we have to schedule a task so we know which day to send each one.
It would be helpful if SalesForce allowed users to set dates all at one time to distribute those emails, so the user doesnt have to create 60 tasks for 20 customers just to send a series of email.
Example: Send 2nd Email scheduled 1/8/2007, Send 3rd Email scheduled 1/15/2007, Send 4th email scheduled 1/22/07
The user would specify which email needs to be sent on each date with any attachments, but doesnt have to think about it after entering all the dates the first time. SalesForce would automatically send on the days specified.
Marketing Calendar
A Marketing Calendar of all Marketing events would allow reps and marketers to visually see when the events are and in relationship to each other. Ideally the calendar would be a gant chart to see the overlay and would have enhanced filtering ability to sort calendar view by type of marketing event or by name or by another other custom field.

Mass E-mail more than 250 people at a time or at least SFDC - selecting 250 at a time for you from a campaign or view.
