Fix Tab Renaming to include Standard Views
The Campaign tab has two standard Views (My Campaigns & All Campaigns) that are NOT renamed when you use the Tab Rename function in Setup. They need to be A) editable - manually changed or B) change based on the new tab name.
Add Basic Training Class with Windows, IE, Firefox
For some people, this may be the first time they use a business application delivered via the internet. They could use a "how to" guide for using Windows, salesforce.com and/or a browser. These examples are not specific to salesforce.com but directly impact end users. Here are a few examples
Use SHIFT - CLICK to open another window based on the link clicked. Possible use case is to get information from somewhere else in the application to copy & paste into the previous window's record
Use right-click to get a URL and send the link to a co-worker via email or instant messaging
Use the Back button or History to go to a previous screen.
Use a URL for a specific Dashboard as the Favorite/Bookmark URL to navigate an executive directly to a specific Dashboard after login.

Add Date Criteria to Outlook Edition Sync
Provide a date range (+/- today's date) to synchronize Events and Tasks between Outlook and Salesforce.com. This provides greater flexibility than the current choices in the options menu and applies to bi-directional sync. For people that archive activities in Outlook, it also allows the sync range to co-exist with the "disappearance" of records in Outlook that should remain on the salesforce.com record.
Cross Object Workflow
Do not hard code the Object (see above image) when creating Workflow Field Updates. Allow administrators to choose a field to pass based on a relationship (lookup or master detail). For example, a Workflow Rule based on Case would be allowed to have a Workflow Field Update change a Contact field for the Contact record associated with the Case.
