Email Drip Campaigns
I'd like to suggest taking the campaigns tool one step further, along with being able to have emails sent out automatically based on date, etc. that I've seen in other ideas, I'd like to be able to add leads/contacts to a drip campaign or multiple drip campaigns so they would get a series of emails at specific times. For example:
1. A lead comes in via web-to-lead.
2. automatically gets added to a campaign and an email gets sent out.
3. The campaign has 4 other emails associated with it. The time to send these out is based on the last email that was sent in the campaign. So you could have email 1 same day as lead came in, email 2, 1 week later, etc.
4. As people get added to the campaign, the process starts from the beginning for that person.
5. Once they've gone through the whole campaign, have the choice of any or all of the following, notifying a sales rep, being put into a different drip campaign, just putting them on completed campaign list.
If a lead was put in manually or via import, have the choice of adding them to drip campaign.
On the contact/lead form I envision a related list or something with all the drip campaigns they are associated to, and their status in each campaign.

"Fake" Delete: pretend to delete but forward record to approver instead
It would be extremely helpful if we could make users with certain profiles believe they are deleting an object, while it is in fact simply made invisible for him/her and forwarded to a sysadmin for approval before it is either physically removed from the system, assigned to someone else or bounced back to the user.
This is because more often than not users do not bother to check if any critical data is still assigned to the record, such as activities or even opportunities, or they just don't care. A lot of my users would simply delete records because they are not relevant to them, even though they may be crucial to others, or because it's easy to get rid of lost opportunities by simply deleting the accounts they are linked to.

Contact Related List sorted by "frequently used"
I would like to see enhancement where, unless explicitly specified, Contact Related List sort order is based on frequency of Contact's usage within context of the parent account.
Example: Each Contact's activity will be "weighted" depending if it's a task or event and its age and stage (open/closed). 5 points for open task due tomorrow, 1 points for closed task last week etc, etc. Contacts with most points will be placed at the top of the list. Think sort by a hidden "frequently used" field.
Currently to locate the Contact with a common name (ie. John Smith) we have to
- locate the account
- click on a "Contacts (5+)" hover link
- click on a "Go to list (50+) >>" link
- and then scroll through a long list or perform search using your browser.
This can be avoided if the system was "smart" enough to know which Contacts we have been "working" with recently.

SF.com integration with Mac Address Book and iCal
I have been using sf.com with outlook for several months. I've recently migrated my busines to Mac OS X, and would like to have similar functionality with iCal and Address Book, within the professional edition of sf.com.
