Have messages that were added to Salesforce marked in some way in Outlook so they aren't added repeatedly.
It would be great to go to my Inbox and have the Salesforce S show up on all messages that have already been added to Salesforce by myself or any of the other recipients of the email. This would save a lot of duplication and make cleaning up more efficient.
Ability to select multiple contacts for an email to be sent to.
We often send emails that go to one person with carbon copies to 3-5 other people. That leaves 3-5 email addresses that have to be correctly typed in and it would just be more efficient if you could add more contacts to the list.
Ability to add and forward mulitple notes and attachments at one time.
It would be much more efficient if you could add multiple documents to the Notes & Attachments section at one time, rather than uploading them individually. Also, it would be nice to be able to add those attachments back to an email from Salesforce without having to have it saved on your computer. I of course would also like to be able to add multiple attachments to an email at one time.
Allow Task/Activities to be assigned to more than one person.
When creating a task or activity that two or more people need to be reminded about you currently have to create a task for each user, it would be nice if you could place multiple names in the assign to area.
