Report Sub-Folders
It would be awesome to be able to have sub folders within report folders. Example:
Folder: Fini Condominium
Sub Folder1: Prospect Demographic Reports
Sub Folder2: Buyer Demographic Reports
Sub Folder3: Dashboard Reports for Fini
Clearly display all field limits & usage
Salesforce has limits on the number of custom fields, the number of roll-up summary fields, the number of lookup/master-detail fields, and I expect other limitations I have not discovered yet. These limits should be displayed clearly in the administrative interface, so it's possible to see resource usage within those limits. Some of these limits are only described in the detail of the edition documentation, or not at all.
Clearly displaying these limitations makes it easier for those managing Salesforce installations to plan the improvements, knowing they won't be limited by surprise restrictions.
Allow data in related lists to be totalled
It would be great to be able to total selected fields in the related lists. As shown above, we raise invoice requests for our sold opportuntities using a custom object. It would make everyone's lives easier if we could total the value of the invoices, if only to check against the opportunity amount.
Login As....any role, any profile
It would be excellent if administrators could login as any user role and profile combination to test out settings directly in the production environment.
This is similar to the functionality currently available where one can login as a user however
1. You wouldn't need to get the user to grant you access
2. You could test out role and profile combinations not yet assigned to a user
This would be extremely useful for verifying that users have visibility and functionality that they require BEFORE they complain that they don't have it.
Scheduled emailing of reports
I'd like SFDC to be able to email Printable View reports on a scheduled basis. For example, instead of our CEO needing to log into SFDC (and needing to pay for a license), I could simply have the system send him daily or weekly reports via email. The reports would be in the existing Printable View format. Otherwise, we have people who spend an inordinate amount of time simply running and sending reports to various managers and executives each week.
Pie Charts with Percentage Values Displayed
It would be nice to have the option of displaying the value of each slice of a pie chart as the percentage value represented by that slice. This could either be in lieu of the raw data that is currently displayed outside the pie as shown above or with the percentage values displayed after the description in the legend.
Opportunity Assignment Rules
It will be great if we could create assignment rules to automate our organisation’s opportunity generation processes. I realised we can accomplish it today with workflow rules however this method becomes cumbersome when opportunity owner changes with stage or there is more complex business process.
Even better, why not have "Assignment Rules" for all Standard and Custom objects?
History Tracking on Opportunities
Provide the ability to track history for standard and custom opportunity fields.

Offline edition should be identical to Online edition
The offline edition of Salesforce does not offer all the same functionality as the regular online edition. Just like outlook, offline should have the same look and feel as online and simply update the online records once the user logs in with Internet connection.
Transfer Accounts without Tranferring Activities
We need to allow the transfer of account owners without transferring the open activities. There are time (many times) when we'll reassign the owner but still need the original owner to follow through with his or her assigned tasks or calls.
Need folders for Mail Merge Templates
We have many mail merge templates in our company and only certain ones are used by certain deparments. For organization purposes, it would really help if we had the ability to create folders to store the templates in just as we do with email templates and documents.
