When I signon to sfdc and enter an internal idea, I am given the option to select a catagory for the idea. However, the list of available catagories is organisation-wide instead of being specific to the access method (internet, customer portal, partner portal). For internal ideas I might want to implement categories such as "Development Plans", "Marketing", "Lead Generation" or other internal company specific categories. And, for customer portal ideas I might want a different set of categories such as "Product Enhancement", "Support Service" etc. At moment it is not possible to setup idea categories in this way.
