Set Custom View as Default View in ApexMobile

When creating custom views in the Mobile Console, there is no way to set that view as the default view for a particular object in ApexMobile.
Case in point: if a Custom Object is included in the ApexMobile dataset, the object data is displayed on the user's device with the All Records. Typically this view is less than optimal. Once an Administrator creates a custom view to display this custom object, there is no efficient way to set this as the default view for the user community. Each user must set the view individually.

How about adding a checkbox to the Custom View creation screen in the Mobile Console that allows the Admin to set the new view as the default for that object?

Larry_Robinson 01/24/08	We now remember the view the user last used, and return to that view... I think this is better, comments? Otherwise, the default would always be selected, and the user who wanted a different view would always have to change... now they do this once and we remember the view they last accessed.
Justin_Prima 04/06/08	Good move on remembering the last view. The only problem is this does not follow through when the user looks at a related list item from another object. The default view still shows. It would be great if the last view is remembered or as suggested there is a default view that carries through when viewing related items. Look forward to any updates.
