Report Filter: ONLY the most recent Activity for each Parent Record
One of our clients requires a monthly progress report based on the last activity for their opportunities. Salesforce does not allow me to do this. Instead, I have to pull up a report that contains all activities listed. I then have to export this report to excel and then manually go in and delete all of the activities except for the most recent. This process takes me a very long time! For the amount of money we are paying for this system, I should be able to pull up what seems a very basic report. This system is of no value to me if I can't report to my clients. It is of no value to me if I have to manually do the report myself! I am begging Salesforce to develop some sort of function that allows me to report on only the last activity for specific opportunities!!!!!
