Middle Initial Field
Add a middle initial field to the name field. Creating legal docs requires middle initials & if you add it to the first name field when you create letters, emails etc using a template/merge feature the salutation pulls in the middle initial as well. Example: John M. Smith would appear in legal docs as the full name but a letter would appear as "Dear John M.". Not very professional if not corrected which requires correction each time (i.e. loss of production).

Salesforce, how have you not fixed this yet? Every other CRM and even Outlook accounts for middle initials quite simply and easily. |
