Text and HTML for Letterheads in Email Templates

There needs to be the capability to "design" and edit Letterheads within the system. I would like to add rich text or HTML to both the headers and footers of a letterhead and not just a picture.

Only allowing a picture is very limiting. Picture letterheads are so '97.

lzaremba 09/19/07	So true. Also, how about the option of being able to put a link in the footer field like "unsubcribe" or a website url?

laren926 Apr 8	Seriously! What letterheads these days are so spartan? Come on Salesforce - you just sent me an email with much better-looking letterhead than you allow us to create. It's crazy!
avipatel Oct 20	I agree with all the comments. The letterhead should be able to have text & Logo's in the Header / footer. What about just attaching a letterhead from a document. Can this be done and used in email alerts?
