The new feature of prohibitting edit rights of case comments with exception of profiles with "Modify All Data" previliges, is not a good feature. Can this be changed back to at least be editable by the case comments originator or the case owner?? It should be possible for users who make mistakes to correct these.

I couldn't agree more on this. It's unfortunate to see this idea with such a low score as using SFA primarily as a support tool , this is at times crippling.

We try and push customers to our self-serve portal and therefore use public comments very often. Support engineers being unable to even correct typos / grammar on comments wastes a lot of support managers time.
