SF.com integration with Mac Address Book and iCal
I have been using sf.com with outlook for several months. I've recently migrated my busines to Mac OS X, and would like to have similar functionality with iCal and Address Book, within the professional edition of sf.com.

Try sfCubed for the calendar (iCal), task, and contact (Address Book) syncing (it's from the same group as Maildrop). |

I have the same issue. we use professional edition and sfcubed won't work with it. Tried installing Crossover and Outlook on my Mac as a work around, but plugin won't work w/ Crossover. |

I tried using both maildrop and sfcubed and neither work - using Leopard 10.5.1 and on enterprise edition. |

Maildrop and SF3 work fine on 10.5.1. Did you use your security token to login ? |

I will be switching to a Mac in a couple of weeks. Based on the responses I see here, I'm hoping that this situation has been addressed (?) I really want to use iCal as the calendar application, as it syncs with my iPhone. Entourage is OK, but there is no note field to add comments on recent contacts with customers. It supposedly syncs with the iPhone, but I won't know that until I try it. I'd like to know what direction to take before then if possible. One possibility would be to customize Entourage. Can you add a field in Entourage for notes? If so how would that be done? |

rmoore: If you use iCal with your iPhone you'll get good sync'ing with sfCubed (link above). Maildrop will work with Apple Mail. |
