When entering a task the related to Field shows up as Opportunity instead of Account, we bill our clients based on account associated with contact. Plus about 99% of the entries we make are Accounts. I would like to see the ability to change the default related to field to anything desired.

As 80% of our company is using Saleforce for CRM & Service, we need to be able to control the related to field. Please allow us to set the default by Profile. |
