Support for Google Maps in Apex Mobile

Google Map mash-ups should be supported in Appex Mobile, either launched via a custom link, formula field or available in a web tab. Remote users need to be able to view SFDC Account locations on a map on their mobile device when they're out in the field

paolo Apr 22	As administrators, you can have a "formula" field that builds a URL so that clicking on that field on the client, a browser will be launched. Google Maps does NOT support maps on a mobile browser though, only "textual" search. Other "map" websites offer a mobile version though. We are going to release this "open the browser to the map website" integration for Accounts, Contacts and Leads with the next BlackBerry release. It is not possible to use the BlackBerry Google Maps client because it doesn't provide the way to integrate with other apps on the device.
