It would be great if we were able to either customize the duration time ourselves during set up or if we had more choices on minute intervals other than 0, 15, 30, 45. Sometimes our staff is with a customer for lets say 39 minutes. Its more than 30, but less than 45. It would be great if they could manually enter the start time and end time so it would give the exact duration spent on that site.
