When I send email from a standard mail client, it has a format like
To: Anne Sample <asample@sample.com>
Cc: Andy User <au1234@subdomain.example.org>
When I send mail from Salesforce, it has a format like
To: "asample@example.com" <asample@sample.com>
Cc: "au1234@subdomain.example.org" <au1234@subdomain.example.org>
It would be so much nicer, more professional looking, and less error-prone if the human-readable name were carried through. When I pick "Andy User" (Sample Account)) from the picklist, there's nothing to remind me that they are "au1234" and not "au3456"...
Ideally, when I pick who to address mail to, both name and email address would show (as well as account), and then in the compose screen both would show...
