Several users on a same Campaign ?

Hi there,

Wouldn't it be possible to get more than just one person in charge of a same campaign ?

We have 3 inside sales working on a same database under 3 different campaigns as it is not possible to have the 3 on the same one... it the lead is not already converted sometimes 2 different persons can call the same lead... that's a problem for us.

Scott_Jorgensen 11/30/06	It may be that you should be using Lead Queues and having the reps "Accept" a Lead prior to working it so that you don't have more than one person working a Lead at the same time.
manu 11/30/06	Agree with Scott. That would also result in more traceability of each Inside Sales rep's workload (if you need to track that).
