Make CampaignMember, Partner, and ContactRole tables Customizable
Let us add custom fields to standard junction objects like CampaignMember and Partner. If I can add some fields to the CampaignMember object, all of the sudden Campaigns could be the heart of an online event registration system. Think about it. Partner could sure use a Start Date and End Date, no?

I think this would be most useful as you can would be able to map a particular Lead Source to the campaign object rather than the Lead entity. This would allow marketers to get a better gage of whether their budget is being spent affectively, as the Lead Source when tied to the Lead can constantly be updated when using the API. Another thought would be to allow an "Auto Number" field in the Campaignmember table. This would allow other systems to collect campaign information that can be used for segmentation or data extrapolation. Right now there is no ID unique to the member association so it can only be stored in SFDC. |

Anything to open up the campaign member table would be appreciated. |

I'm keen to be able to edit partner object - only to add a contact look up so we know which partner sales person is involved with an end user account; not just the partner company. Would make partner account mapping so much more useful to us. |

Make CampaignMember first-class citizen. |

I believe this is a dupe of http://ideas.salesforce.com/article/show/23762 |

Our whole business has moved to center on the Campaign -- we need more flexibility. Our salespeople are only supposed to set the member status ONCE, but I can't lock it down after a "Responded" value has been chosen. |
