Ability to specify sender email address for workflow email alerts
We need the ability to specify the FROM email address for email alerts that are triggered by workflow rules. Currently email alerts are sent using the email address of the last user who modified the record.

This is extremely important that this is included as soon as possible. Why would our organisation want an email sent to a customer from the person who last edited the case? This makes no sense. We have a number of standard email addresses we use (ie. service@, sales@, feedback@ etc...) and we only want emails that are sent to our customers to come from these email addresses. We never want email to be sent from one of our staff members. |

Huge oversight, I can't believe I don't have the ability to select whom my emails should come from, dynamically preferable. Basically just allow the lead owner to be the from address for work flow settings, this is inherent in just about every CRM tool I've ever used. Please consider this ASAP! |

<<bump>> Our accounting users change the opportunity to closed won when we get the money, but we don't want customer surveys to be sent by the accountants. Seems highly logical that I should be able to specify the SENDER as RECORD OWNER or a specific user in SF in workflow emails. |
