Assign a Primary and Secondry User to an Activity!
To have an activity followed up by Mulitple Reps or Users so both can track what is the status for it, this feature would allow both from a sales and service aspect to track prospects and Client interactions from a supervisory point of view the moment an update is made...
Something similar at the Cases level would be also great...
