Is Null and Is Not Null Filter Operators

When looking for blank fields in reports or views it would be nice to have a null operator.

This capability already exists. Just leave the filter value blank. When working with multiple values and you want to exclude null you can use method

Country Not Equal to ",Hungary" (excludes records that have null or 'Hungary'

Putting the comma in the first position includes the null value.
