Increase the value of Premier Support Offerings
Currently, the Salesforce.com Support Organization offers two packages for Premier Support:
http://www.salesforce.com/services-training/customer-support/
1. Premier Support (Developer Support included)
2. Premier Support (Developer Support included) + Admin
Salesforce.com Support also offers Force.com App Extensions, Integrator and Customer Integration support. We would like to create more flexibility for customers to choose from a variety of offerings. Therefore, we have created this idea to gather customer input.
What other options/services would you like to see offered from Premier Support?
