When I call Salesforce support I am already annoyed by the time I reach the Support Rep because I have had to listen to a million options that do not apply to me. I would like Salesforce to reconsider their phone menu and limit it to maybe (3) options and have less time listening to the greeting. I love automated routing and directing calls but make it simple and have an option to repeat should you have got lost in the call and you should ALWAYS have the option to say Operator or Customer Service Rep during any part of the greeting should you be lost in never never land.
