Duplicate detection on records from external sources
Detect potential duplicates when records are added to the system via integrations: when cases are created from email-to-case and web-to-case, or leads are created from web-to-lead, or any new records are added via an integration. Have some way to hold or flag new records from external sources that may be duplicates of existing records.
