Add Meeting attendees without invitations
I often have meetings where more than 1 person attend, but I do not who until the meeting occurred. Right now there is no way to link the meeting to multiple records without an invitation. it is silly to send an invitation after the fact.
there should be functionality to add people to meeting records without the invite function. I can do it for internal people, but not external contacts.
Please fix this.

Brent - we are doing some design work on this idea: http://ideas.salesforce.com/article/show/63364 When this is delivered, this should allow you to relate many contacts to a meeting without adding them as invitees. Keep an eye on this one. |
