Share a Namespace and/or Multiple Managed Packages per DE
Partners/Developers looking to release more than 1 Managed Package must have multiple DE accounts, since DE only allows 1 MP. As a result, they need to manage and maintain multiple namespaces. This can become difficult to manage if there is shared code they want to leverage in multiple apps. They would need to rework the code to handle these various namespaces. I see two possible solutions:
1. Allow a DE to have more than one Managed Package
or
2. Allow a Namespace to be share by another DE org
