Last Edited By and Last Edited Date would be based on the edits from the actual page and exclude modifications made in mass through the data loader.

geobaker 09/24/08	To achieve this one can work with support to open 'setup audit fields' and then simply map these fields during your data load to previous 'Last Modified By' and 'Last Modified Date'
WrogWrog 09/25/08	It would be good to have the option to ignore mass update procedures of any sort.
