Copernic - Desktop Search
I use the desktop search application Copernic http://www.copernic.com frequently. It's the primary way I find old emails, old documents, etc. It would be great if someone developed a Salesforce toolbar (like the Outlook toolbar) that allowed me to add emails directly from Copernic into Salesforce. Right now, I have to double click on the email in Copernic, then when it opens the email in Outlook, I click on Add Email on the Salesforce Outlook toolbar. It would be great if I could just click on Add Email from Copernic.
