Bulk Edit Solutions
We use "Solutions" as our Knowledge Base. We have quite a lot of old and outdated Solutions that I would dearly love to update rather than just delete - but it's painful to have to go into each Solution to make such changes to just one or two fields (such as Categories or Product).
Ideally, I'd love to have a Bulk Edit option for Solutions in a format similar to the current Mass Delete, or in the custom views for Cases.

You might try using the Salesforce.com - Excel connector to bulk edit solutions: http://blogs.salesforce.com/features/2006/05/excel_connector.html This open source tool allows mass creation, editing, updating, and deleting of Salesforce.com records directly from the Excel program. |
