Fields marked Read Only on Layouts shouldn't be editable for Sysadmins

Right now if you make a field on a page layout Read Only, Sysadmins see it as editable.

Please enforce the rules based on the User/Profile/Layout model, rather than exempt Sysadmins and showing them everything as editable.

Small companies have Users who act in various roles at once. If these users want to enter data and they are Sysadmins, I can't enforce read only data with them via layouts.

There is a permission on the profile that says "Edit Read Only Fields", which is what causes this override for SysAdmins. You have 2 choices:

- Make your field read-only via Field Level Security, which will make it read-only no matter what

- Clone the System Admin profile, change that permission on it and then give your users that profile.

None of the above applies to Professional Edition, though.

It appears that fields that are marked read only with Field Level Security can still be edited with in-line editing activated.
