We've seen way too many times that we need to create Word documents with master-detail tables within.
It would be great, as it works for Opportunities and Products, that we could create such merged docs using other pairs of objects which relation is master-detail (such as Account-Invoices or Opportunities-Quotes).
(We usually work this out via API development, which is tedious and difficult to integrate with Word.)
