Sending E-mails and tracking when opened

I recommend the option to save an e-mail that is in the process of development. Have lost several that started to work on, but it was necessary to go to another tab or page in Salesforce, and when returned changes were not saved.

Also, when tracking if an e-mail is opened, would like the ability to distinguish by whom. Many emails are sent to more than one person, and the opened number does not only represent the main intended recipient.

I'm voting for this, but marketingsales if you are working on an email and need to go to another tab or page before you finish and want to preserve your work, if you Shift/Click rather than just Click what happens is the tab you are going to opens in another window. When you are ready to go back to the email that window is still there waiting for you to continue where you left off.
