When creating a new Google Doc from Salesforce, Salesforce should allow for the option to upload an existing document. If you go straight to Google Docs, you can upload a Word Doc, for example, to create a Google Doc. It'd be great to be able to do the same thing right from Salesforce.

Without this feature, it requires going to Google Docs, uploading the document and then going back to Salesforce to associate the document to your record.
