It looks like the 'Last Used Date' and 'Times Used' fields on the 'Email Template Detail' are getting updated only when you use this template via 'Activity' > 'Send Email'. Is it possible to update these 2 fields when the template is used in any Workflow automations or Approval processes? Values in these fields will allow us to easily identify templates we can delete due to lack of use.

Great idea. Today, this date can a year in the past when the email template was used yesterday in workflow. I'd like to delete old email templates that haven't been used in a year, but without knowing the last time a template was actually used, it's a risky delete. |
